All of our premium American Wagyu comes from cattle born, raised and finished on our family farm in Kentucky. As the 8th generation stewards of the farm, we believe that the quality of life of the cattle directly contributes to the quality of beef. All of our cattle are pasture raised with grain supplement and handled using low stress techniques. Our beef is processed and inspected in USDA accredited facilities, ensuring that Five Ridges Farms has only the highest quality cuts available.
